King of the Portal? Pretty impressive for a guy who's not the best at anything! :P
Congrats!!!

3. Anatomy, please!!! :D

Have fun in Philly!! (I can call it that 'cuz I used to live there!)

I doubt you are at 9% bf.

But am I at MORE or LESS?

5% body fat

9 minute mile is easy. 5% body fat is too damn lean.

Go for the artwork. Anatomy.

Honestly, if you can't immediately run a nine minute mile you've got some real problems. At the very least it should't take more that a few days for your body to adjust into active mode. You're doing a running challenge cut it down to something more ridiculous like 7 minutes or do a search online and find a marathon that runs near you in around a month and sign up for it and get yourself prepared for it in one month.

Three could be good, but you need a gimmick to make it more interesting for everyone other than yourself. Like, I dunno, do it in request style where people post pictures of themselves and you draw their faces onto the poses. That's still pretty dumb, but you get what I mean.

So yeah, I guess what I'm saying is do the body fat thing. Sounds like it could be the most interesting.

I VOTE FOR ALL 3. Go on, it'll be character building.

Do #1, it will help you gain #2 as well and also make you healthier. I would aim for a 7 min mile.

Run the mile in 9 minutes while drawing from the book re-creating everything as it would be with a 5% body fat.

Anatomy practice but honestly i dont rly care, do what ever makes you happy :P

Well I'd do that instead if I knew what it was
<3

Everyone who commented before me is boring. You should make the book do a 9 minute mile while eating 5% body fat from every person it passes.

pssshh, FINE. 5% body fat. But I feel like I'm voting for the lame horse of the three. What would be a better challenge would be to get down to 5% body fat HEALTHILY.

9 mins mile. MAKE YOUR HEART EXPLODE :O

Anatomy seems pretty practical for your occupation.

But then again, 5% body fat is practical for other reasons.

2.

error error too short error error

Alright, I had to put my money where my mouth was. Pulled off an eight minute mile today. I haven't ran in a while and I couldn't, in all good consciousness, talk shit if I wasn't beating the nine minute mark.

So can you run an under 7 minute mile?

I've always been more of a distance runner, but I could probably cut a minute off of my time within a month if I really pushed myself.

5%? You mad?

Well 9 minutes mile I suppose, you'll loose body fat simultaneously.

Reading and art is just silly :~)

In my opinion, a 9:00 miles is by far the easiest of the 3 (I can run a 5:28, but I'm a highschool level cross country runner). Going down to 5% body fat doesn't sound very healthy, or like much of an accomplishment. Anatomy practice? sounds kind of boring.

I guess I'll vote for the mile... but set the bar higher, aim for at least 8 minutes!

How do you practice Anatomy?
